Jesse Davis – CEO/Founder/Lead Developer
Founding the company in 2002, Jesse has overseen its growth from one client to hundreds while increasing revenue every year. Following a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Principia College, Jesse honed his skills at Yahoo! in 2007 and 2008, aiding in marketing, design, and product development. While working directly on the Yahoo! Homepage, traffic increased over 150% within the target areas of his design. Jesse’s youth, experience and drive makes him a fundamental anchor for the company.
Isaac Swiderski – COO/Co-Founder/Business Development
With a degree in Business Administration, Isaac brings an entirely different skill set to PowerHouse Creative and its web development team. Business development remains on the forefront of his mind, so Isaac strives daily to increase PHC’s outreach and visibility to those in need of internet development services. His passion and drive to make the company successful has helped PHC secure numerous partnerships and long-term relationships, while his experience in the world of tech start-ups (five and counting…) allows him to provide PHC’s clients and partners with support, advice, and help with their company’s overall direction.
Alex Strezev – CMO/Social Media/Brand Development
Joining the team in 2011, Alex left his position with a Fortune 500 company to start work with PowerHouse Creative as the Chief Marketing Officer. His ambitious visions, management experience and creative mind are what make Alex a key role in the success of PowerHouse Creative’s projects. Alex is equipped with a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication and Business Administration. He not only knows what it takes to run a successful business organization, but also what it takes to compete in today’s web market. From project management to brand consulting, Alex is an innovative team player who gets the job done.
Scott Hernandez – Creative Director
In charge of all User Interface and User Experience, Scott’s understanding and knowledge of platforms, technology and browsers allows PHC to create unique and highly efficient products. From conception to execution, Scott is there every step of the way ensuring the product’s perfection. You’ll not find a harder working man anywhere else.
Ben Eskew – CTO
Joining the team in 2013, Ben’s 12 years of experience has shined since day 1. Experienced with multiple start-ups and knowing what it takes for a company to be successful, Ben is an expert level coder and technology specialist. No more missing puzzle pieces.
Karim Elghobashi – Developer
Karim comes from a long line of front-end developers. Implementing our client’s visions into reality is not an easy task, and Karim is able to do it flawlessly. He has extensive experience in both front and back-end development. With a degree in Information and Computer Science from University of California, Karim is the cream of the crop when it comes to MySQL and PHP.
Zachary Hoover – Lead Programmer
From the big ones to little ones, Zach has yet to tackle a task he can’t figure out. His inner core being a programmer, Zach is a work horse, cranking out code like it’s no ones business. Aside from being one heck of a guy, his skills enhance PHC 10 fold. But don’t ask him about his washing machine…
Tom Westerlund – Director of R&D/Software Engineer
Tom joined the team in early 2013 as the Director of Research & Development and Lead Software Engineer. His ability to leverage new and existing technologies has been a crucial asset to our company. Some of Tom’s specialties include Computer Vision, Natural User Interaction, and the ability to develop cutting edge applications, leveraging his skill sets across all platforms. Tom comes from a background of Network Engineering at Penn. State and Relational Database Management and Programming at UCLA.
